Chair Back Bracket

I've been trying to figure out what kind of chair this was for, so I could give it some proper tags, but as it turns out, this is actually a piece that's designed to fix my roommate's chair. There used to be two separate parts to this bracket - one for attaching the back and another that allowed people to lean back comfortably while sitting. Unfortunately, both of those parts broke, so I ended up combining them into a single part.
