Chainsaw!

Chainsaw!

myminifactory

Chainsaw.stl is a standalone .stl model that lacks the chain component and cannot be printed on its own, but it could potentially serve as a keychain-saw. The entire chainsaw needs to be printed in separate or batched parts and assembled together. This design was created specifically for the Tinkercad/myminifactory trick-or-treat 3D printing competition. Initially, the model was intended to accommodate a small Arduino Pro mini, stepper driver, and motor. However, real-life prints are still in progress, and the available stepper motor might not have sufficient power to turn the entire chain. The model is an assembled whole, but it has been divided into several 3D printable pieces that require the following parts: - Main Body Halves, 2 - Back Handle - Long Bolt & Nut Sets (2) - Front Blade Sections (2) - Back Blade Sections (2) - Blade Bolt & Nut Sets (5) - Chain Teeth (30) - Chain Idlers (60) *Additional features like Long Chain Idlers can help achieve a proper fit* - Chain Pins (60) - Chain Pin Clips (60) - Drive Wheel (optional)
