I designed and printed the chainguard for my Tern folding bike which has a 44t chainring. To mount the chainguard I used M4x12mm cylinder head screws. Also I used 3 standard 2 self-locking nuts for the assembly. I would recommend shorter screws, because 12mm are to long. Depending of the configuration of screws, nuts and washers 10mm should be definitely enough.
