Chained Starfish

The Autodesk challenge demands that something be designed using specific parameter and constraint cards. For week two, I had to integrate Chain, Uniform, Summer, and Lone Star. This design originates from a CHAIN of the triangular arms of a star. Using clip-on pins, the 5 UNIFORM arms form the shape of starfish, a symbol of SUMMER. However, this online version of the CAD model does not display the split down the middle of each individual arm, which separates each arm into two distinct colors. When combined, the starfish appears like a LONE STAR, which is why I included my render.
