Here are a couple chain axe designs to convert the new CSM kits into Khorn berserkers. They can also be used for the terminators. The first design is a simplified version of the one that comes on the Shadowspear box, keeping in mind that a full-scale replica might look too detailed for everyday enthusiasts. The second design takes inspiration from older, flatter Khorne Berserker models. In addition to these axe designs, I've created closed armoured hand and handless weapons options for anyone interested. As a newcomer to 3D design, my creations likely contain more geometry than necessary. However, most details print fine on the Anycubic Photon printer. After printing only one of them, I plan to upload photos as soon as possible. To achieve successful prints, it's recommended to place the axes head down and use supports only on flat parts parallel to the buildplate. A single support on the index finger may be unnecessary but is still included for reference. Edit: Following the print of axes with the hand positioned lower on the handle, I've noticed they appear slightly too long. Since these designs were based on the aspiring champion from Shadowspear, which resembles a two-handed weapon, I plan to create shorter handle versions to improve their appearance.
