Print out metal loops to create custom belts, necklaces, keychains or other accessories. Instead of metal loops, consider using any type of thread to secure them. Due to the detail involved, I lowered the print's profile for easier production. To convert 2D images into 3D printable objects, use the method outlined on lizquilty.com, and then attach the objects to a base. The final print should measure about 3cm across each item. You can see an excellent example of this print in its complete form on thingiverse.com/make:106496. Instructions: Print out the metal loops or threads, and customize as you like. To produce these custom objects, convert your 2D images to 3D printable designs using the process described at lizquilty.com. Next, attach the designs to a base. You can expect each printed item to be around 3cm wide. When printing these accessories, some users have noted that the holes might close up slightly during production. If necessary, you may need to re-drill the holes afterwards.
