Chain + radial fan holder for K40

Based on a Chain Bracket design I saw but can't track down anymore (If you're the original author, please reach out to me to add your info). My modifications: - Added a holder for a radial fan - Drilled 2 sockets for the original bolts that secure the bracket to the laser head, ensuring they have sufficient thread length. - Created a simple yet functional nozzle for the fan. I tested using a 10x10 chain and a 50mm radial fan. This air assist isn't as powerful as shop air compressor, but functions well to keep smoke away from the cutting line.
