Chain Link Tablet Stand

This tablet stand mimics the appearance of welded chain links, crafted with precision using Solidworks to model the intricate details. The design was refined in Rhino by merging all components into a single entity. Next, Meshmixer was employed to smooth out the joint seams, add small studs to the front three links, and incorporate supporting structures. Printing this object proved to be a daunting task - numerous steep overhangs and bridging sections made it a challenging print from start to finish. After several attempts, I finally managed to get it right, but not before experiencing difficulties with the bottom loop of each link breaking away from its support posts.
