Chain Link Fence Privacy Tape Clip

A chain link fence privacy tape or slat clip. The photo's show a small sample installation on our fence. I had a bunch of left over neoprene laminate floor underlay that has a textured vinyl cover on one side. I cut this material into strips and used the clip to install the strips of material. The neoprene side is wrapped around the chain link wire and clipped in place as shown. I'm sure this clip will work well with other materials as well.
