My mate managed to swap his joyner buggy for a 600cc kawasaki ninja engine and required a custom drive train fabricated. I was thrilled to take on the challenge! I crafted the 530 chaindrive unit using the original splined ends from the joyner differential, which were then welded to the main shaft that the sprocket bolts onto - this main shaft was forged from high-strength en24 grade steel and precision-machined with an incredible accuracy of within 0.06mm run out along its entire length. The unit was engineered to be compatible with all original driveshafts and components. Every part was meticulously designed using inventor software, carefully machined on a milling machine, and lathe-turned to bring the custom drive train to life. The end result is nothing short of amazing! I'm extremely pleased with how it turned out!
