CH Products Pro Throttle Detent
thingiverse
Hi folks! This is a very simple add on detent for the CH Pro Throttle. I designed this because I've been playing Falcon BMS a lot and with 4.35 I had a lot of trouble knowing when I was in burner. This detent is just a push through, no finger lifts or anything, and I've got it set to push through at about 75% throttle. There are a few different pieces to print. Two of them are a collar which snaps around the base of the throttle. This is primarily to make it so there isn't 1.5 inches of "push through" that you can't actually set the throttle to. As it is right now, I hit the detent at about 76%, push through, and can set the throttle at about 84% on the other side. The main working parts of the detent are Main L and Main R, which snap around the throttle body. These are held in place by Crossbars (of which you'll need 2) which snap into holes on the Mains. This design was knocked together pretty quickly, so there are a few improvements which could be made, especially improving the stiffness, the attachment to the throttle, the detent action (it's basically just the print flexing), and the general sliding action which may be a bit stiff/janky if you're used to something smoooth with bearings or springs lol. I optimized this design for simplicity, so there are no springs, no fasters, no nothing. Just print the 6 pieces, snap together (maybe glue if you need it; I didn't) and you're good to go!
