The study was conducted utilizing Ansys Fluent with a RNG k -Epsilon model integrated with a scalable wall function for accurate results. A transition from initial tetrahedral meshing occurred, with a switch to polyhedral meshes employed to enhance orthogonality and thereby reduce simulation runtimes significantly.
