This device offers alignment and optical access in DN40 Conflat flange systems, featuring an o-ring sealed window unsuitable for UHV operations. It accommodates a 1mm thick, 25.4mm OD (1in) window that seals on a 1.5x20mm o-ring and is secured with an Acetyl (Delrin) retaining ring affixed by M3 screws. Equipped with standard C-mount threads externally, it also includes an adapter for Thorlabs size SM01 threads as demonstrated in the model. Manufactured from a CF40 flange blank (MDC: 110008, Lesker: F0275X000N), this component can be customized to support different window thicknesses and various thread sizes.
