This DN40 Conflat flange adapter enables conversion into SAE-style screw-in o-ring sealing. The design aims to preserve the inner diameter while utilizing a standard CF40 blank. The joint vents vacuum space prior to full release; however, it is not suitable for ultra-high vacuum (UHV) applications. Adapters can be custom-machined or fabricated from existing blanks such as MDC:110008 or Lesker:F0275X000N.
