CF2 Disk case (Amstrad CPC/PCW, Spectrum +3)
thingiverse
This is a reproduction of the CF-2 disk case for Amstrad CPC/Spectrum +3/Amstrad PCW floppy disks (and whatever else may have used them, I guess!) This design is based on the Amsoft case, I don't know if different manufacturer cases differed in design or not, but it's the only one I have. It goes together and snaps shut like the real thing. Some finishing may be necessary around the hinge as the tolerances are quite tight. For printing, use 100% infill and fill all small gaps. Print the inside part of the case standing on its spine without supports and print the outside part of the case lying flat with supports only on the print bed. Both parts will benefit from a generous brim to prevent lifting. Each part printed in about 1h45 on my Anycubic Mega S with 0.4mm nozzle and 0.2mm layer height. Contact me if you'd like to use this for a commercial production!
