Cetus 3D printer air conveyor
thingiverse
I designed and printed today using Filoalfa PC-ABS filament on a standard Cetus 3D printer the blue part visible in the images. It showed signs of delamination and had an extremely poor wrapping effect on its base. To correct this, I created a new fan duct to be inserted between the fan and the original fan duct. You can choose whether or not you want the air to go to the printed part. The result of the closed duct was the print on the right. If you enjoy printing ABS, PC-ABS, PC, and other high temperature polymers, you will love this design. Print Settings Printer Brand: Up! Printer: Up Plus Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 25% Notes: I printed it in PC-ABS; ABS would also work fine. Unfortunately, PLA has a too low HDT value. Print with the flipping cover facing the print plate.
