Cetus 3D PCB Cable Manage Cover current version
thingiverse
I really didn't like the way the cable above the extrusion head was always tilted from the moment I assembled the machine. So I tried modifying a few PCB covers that I can find on the website, but all of them don't match the machines I bought recently - some are too thick and hard to print. That's why I simply made one myself. The main body is similar to the original, and I added a cable manager to it. Now the machine looks like this, and the cable feels more stable as a result. Of course, you can also take the original one, drill two holes in it, and wear a strap - that would achieve the same effect. This way, if someone sees the slanted cable, they'll know it's not just an aesthetic issue.
