Cetus 3D 60mm Fan Adapter with part cooling blocker
thingiverse
After testing my new Cetus for the first time, I wanted to instantly replace the fan with a new one. My research led me to two intriguing parts that combined functionality I was eager to have. This is the integrated part, featuring original designs as outlined in the Remix section. If you'd like to modify the design, the CAD files can be accessed at: https://cad.onshape.com/documents/a841a4e3f81c6839ea4b4a23/w/b016f383b85623f0f2d01524/e/591c2ca88c76e26a5112c793 I've successfully printed this part on the Cetus using PLA with a 0.2mm layer height and 68% infill, without encountering any issues. The updated version (V2) includes an additional printout option for the part cooling blocker mechanism, which I needed to separate from the rest of the design after breaking the original blocker sled during support structure removal. In V2.1, I widened the part cooling blocker sled to ensure the tip printed as intended. Finally, in V2.2, I made a critical change to the fan blower design.
