My interpretation of Cetan Cruiser, class named as Nohpisoragal. The Cetans were Outlined in Mongoose Publishing books "Darkness & Light": an aquatic species which had their spaceships were filled with liquid. "The next generation of middleborn races began to reach for the stars. Only a handful of these species survived to the modern era, such as the Tal'Kona-sha.
