The Cessna 400 TTx, initially developed as Max 13's near-scale (within 3-4%) and fully textured model, is now marketed by Cessna as a single-engine, fixed-gear, low-wing general aviation aircraft. Originally conceived as a homebuilt kit called Lancair, it was later manufactured as Columbia 400 before being acquired by Cessna in 2013 and rebranded as the Cessna TTx Model T240. The aircraft is distinguished by its dual entry doors on both sides and sleek, sporty design. It boasts Garmin's advanced cockpit instrumentation suite, reflecting its modernity. Available in various formats to accommodate diverse users, this model can be used for in-flight animations, airport ground simulations, videos, or simulations to populate an airport scene. Equipped with an animated propeller and moveable ailerons, flaps, rudder, and elevators, the aircraft boasts a semi-detailed cockpit featuring control grips, engine controls, rudder pedals, seating, and instrument panel.
