Livingston Island, Antarctica's 19th century sealer/whaler archaeological site "Cerro Negro" is a significant find. The point cloud was acquired using the Leica Geosystems Scanstation P20 system. A detailed mesh of the site was created in CloudCompare version 2.10 and then reduced to essential features in MeshLab, which was running on software version 2016.12. This model was produced as part of the White Landscapes Project by Fernanda Oliveira, working under the direction of LEACH at UFMG.
