Ceremonial throne (osa osa), Lahusa, nestled beside the serene susuwa river, Gomo district in Nias, Indonesia, crafted in the 18th century from sturdy stone. Currently housed at Musée du cinquantenaire (Brussels, Belgium). Designed with Memento Beta (now Remake) software by Autodesk. This circular throne serves as a symbol of leadership, reserved for village chiefs or nobles. Its four corners are a testament to its ancient craftsmanship. The throne's design features the head of a lasara, a mythical creature revered for protecting the community. Adorning the neck is a kalabubu, a necklace that represents bravery and exceptional hunting prowess.
