Ceramic Tile Fixture Plate and Blocks (w/ locating cross)

I have been laser engraving ceramic tiles on my Genmitsu 3018 Pro CNC with a Diode Laser attachment. I was getting very annoyed with having to find the corner of my tiles every time and make sure that they were in straight so being a machinist I designed up a fixture that uses some principles that I use on my VMC's and HMC's. This fixture has two "X Blocks" that are pushed in so they are flush with the bottom of the fixture and the table. The other two "Y Blocks" can be pushed part of the way through so that they can locate in the T-Slots of the 3018 CNC machine and ensure the plate is aligned with the CNC table. In the lower left hand corner I made a small "Cross Hair" to use to set my origin point. In Lightburn the setting for the origin is usually the lower left corner. Once you set this you can save a position in Lightburn and always return here. I wanted to make my laser engraving go super fast so I was basically just dropping a tile in and hitting start so this is what I came up with.
