Ceramic plates

The collection of ceramic plates from the late 16th century to the 17th century was primarily produced at a pottery workshop in Koenigsberg's Forder Rossgarten district. Discovered during excavations on Klinicheskaya Street between 2017 and 2018, Areas 1-3 held the majority of these plates. They are categorized into two groups based on decoration techniques: one group features plates decorated with slip and glaze, while the other showcases plates adorned with sgraffito technique. The excavation was conducted by Baltspetsarkheologia.
