Centripro Handle Mount
thingiverse
Hey! This thingamajig swings my Centripro around me just right. It's built on a keychain ring, a screw with a 15mm head, a washer, and a trapped nut. **What you need:** - Keychain ring (check out this link: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/2016-Hot-Sale-50-pcs-Set-Stainless-Steel-Silver-15mm-Keychain-Split-Key-Ring-Loop/32787905351.html) - Washer (get a pack of these: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/100pcs-M3-DIN9021-304-A2-Stainless-Steel-Large-Size-Flat-Washer-hw138/32733354801.html) - M5 Nut (order some of these online: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/M5-Nuts-Hex-Stainless-Steel-Silver-Metric-Pitch-0-8mm-DIN934-Pack-100/32777523248.html) - M5 Screw with a min 15mm head (I used old Ikea high sleeper screws, which worked great) To get this thing printing just right, you'll need to pause the print at a certain height. Just Google "pause at height" and add it to your post-processing options in cura or slic3r. Don't forget to do some test prints and check your dimensions – I used a 0.6mm nozzle and had to widen the sizes. Once you've got the print finished, clean out the hole and insert the screw. It should grip into the material just a bit. Use it to center the washer and hold it in place with superglue. Make sure your screw is tight enough that it won't wiggle or turn around while swinging. For the keychain ring, I used shrink tubing and superglue to keep it in its place.
