Couldn't find a replacement center cap for my 90 series Prados alloy wheels, so I designed one myself. Hopefully, this will help someone else in the same situation. It's been a month since I printed the part, and it's still working great with no signs of warping. Since I wasn't sure how hot the alloys would get, I decided to print it in ABS plastic. Here are my print settings: Printer: Custom CoreXY Rafts: No Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 20% Notes: Not much to say here. To achieve a nice finish, I printed mine face side up. However, it did require some support to make it happen. Despite this, the result turned out reasonably well.
