Centralizer MK2
thingiverse
Land Surveying - Setting Out - Dimensional Control - Machine Alignment Setting up precise dimensional control on flat and level concrete or steel surfaces is crucial. My Centralizer MK2 in PLA has been fine-tuned for rigidity, but I plan to print one in ABS for precision. The V-shaped slot is 0.2 mm deep, allowing for accurate placement of a pencil mark when using a 0.5mm H2 pencil or steel scriber. The block features 5/8"-UNC prism connections, perfectly centering the TOPCON ATP-1 plus extended fitting at 100 mm above the ground. A 6 mm diameter center hole is designed to accommodate Hilti nail head checks when nailed into concrete. A groove on the bottom of the block allows for line setting out markings on a wall, especially when the wall is perpendicular to the line being marked. The level is mounted on top of the prism for added stability and precision. More Thingiverse Setting Out projects are in development.
