The tower's impressive height reaches 174 meters, accommodating 44 levels of structure. Construction on the building was completed in 1988 and it soon became an iconic symbol associated with both the Australian Bicentenary and World Expo '88 Brisbane. This impressive edifice is strategically located at 345 Queen Street within Brisbane's central business district. The Central Plaza One building is owned by Industry Superannuation Property Trust, who purchased the structure for a staggering $385 million. Situated next to Central Plaza One stands a smaller counterpart, known as Central Plaza Two, which boasts a similar design yet attains a height of 110 meters. In the year 2008, construction on Central Plaza Three was finished, culminating in its total height at 57 metres and thus completing the majestic Central Plaza Complex. Central Plaza One features an ingenious window cleaning mechanism, allowing a segment at the top to rotate effortlessly, permitting expert window cleaners to work suspended high above the ground outdoors.
