This 3D model was originally modeled using Sketchup 8, before being successfully converted to multiple other 3D formats. Its native file type is .skp and 3dsmax scene version utilized is 2016, featuring high-quality rendering capabilities thanks to Vray 3.00 software. Designed as a church in its early conception, this building underwent significant transformation in the year 1861 when Architect F. Morrell took on the challenge of creating it from scratch. Years went by, but devastating earthquakes led to the collapse of some vaults, resulting in irreparable damage in 1879, effectively reducing the structure to a mere ruin. A span of nearly six decades passed without substantial repair work due to financial constraints until, in 1935, a fresh project was launched with the intention of building a thriving market within the same walls. Surprisingly, despite changes over time, this historic site remains in operation today, effectively repurposed into an enduring marketplace after completing the remodeling works around 1938. Its distinctive architectural design can be largely attributed to the vision of Architect A. Serrano Pear, thanks in large part to meticulous data from the local municipal library, graciously shared for informational purposes about this historical landmark building.
