I got hold of an older Central Tool/Harbor Freight bandsaw that was in some disrepair. The table insert was badly mangled, and I needed a replacement. I broke out my trusty calipers to mock up a new one using OpenScad and sent it off for printing. It works beautifully, with no sign of floppiness like the original insert.
