Central fin FCS

I decided to expand Conceptor's FCS fins project by creating left and right FCS fins, which can be downloaded from https://makerware.thingiverse.com/thing:27587070 or viewed in my sources. I made this after printing both left and right fins and noticed that Conceptor didn't have a central fin modelled. To download the files, you will need to get two separate downloads, one for modelling (if you want to fix any imperfections) and another file specifically designed for printing. These files are clearly labelled once you download them. Before you start complaining, I know the model is quite rough around the edges, and I plan on tidying it up in the future.
