Centi PET Re-Extruder: Expander Flange

On Thingiverse, this design (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:15514) features a compact heating chamber with minimal steel volume and surface area, which places screws close together, complicating input device attachment. The interchangeable flange adapter allows the rectangular side to contact fiberglass-PCB isolation plates leading to the heating chamber, while the flat side can accommodate various input devices. Avoid using PLA; print the first layers in PLA if a heated build platform is absent for ABS adhesion. During my initial attempt, 240°C was insufficient for white ABS adherence, necessitating slow print speeds (28mm/s) to prevent failure. Unfortunately, the part eventually ripped along the interface above the PLA-ABS junction.
