These inserts click securely into place in the recessed circles on the two-brush electric toothbrush holder, providing a snug fit to keep everything in its designated spot. I was impressed by the initial design concept of the holder, but it had one major flaw - the toothpaste and brushes kept shifting around and often fell out of their respective pockets. These inserts solve that problem once and for all.
