I created this makeshift bearing system due to my lack of direction and the fact that the Spool "screw" was excessively loose on an 8mm threaded rod. This setup is also significantly quieter than using a metal bearing on a metal threaded rod, making it an ideal solution for applications where noise reduction is crucial.
