Because I was desperate to witness the springs of the plateau always traveling smoothly. Just a tiny washer at each end of the spring so the screw stays perfectly centered. I discovered the adjustment dials on the tray, which were slightly too small for my liking, so I created tiny shells that could be fitted onto the original wheels - all it took was a bit of force to secure them in place.
