Center of gravity scale for RC planes
thingiverse
Print each component, except for "Auflage.stl", twice, but print it four times since that one needs extra copies. You will also need M4 with self-locking nuts, along with some M3 screws and nuts, as well as two 10 mm rods (you can use aluminum tubing if you have any leftover). To prevent the plane from slipping, get some foam rubber. Print a cm or inch scale, or just pick one up at your local furniture store, and glue it on. The arms feature a small notch that marks the 25 mm position of the scale. Make sure not to tighten those M4 screws too much so that everything can move smoothly without excessive friction. Adjust the sliders from the front of the wing to the intended center of gravity, then balance your plane.
