The design seems quite robust, accommodating everything from a Sig P238 to AR Style rifles. To avoid flat edges catching on extractors, I tapered the bottom as requested. The slide slammed down on a Walther P99 .40cal at higher infill without damaging the flag. Perhaps there are more effective designs out there, but this one gets the job done for what was asked of me. Print Settings: Printer: Reach3d Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 50% Notes: Printed on Reach3d at 205C PLA Filament with 50C bed temperature. I've discovered that thinner shell and light infill result in the flag breaking easily when using techorbits yellow 1.75 mm filament. The same issue arises with a thicker shell and printing multiple copies simultaneously, due to excessive cooling between passes. Printing one at a time resolves this problem.
