I designed custom center caps to fit my 16 x 8.5, 6lug, Level 8 Guardian Rims specifically. I shortened them compared to the originals and added a TRD inlay logo to give them a unique look. Printer: XYZ Da Vinci Mini 3D Modeler: AutoDesk Inventor 3D Slicer: XYZware Settings for Center Cap: No rafts are used. No supports are required. A 10% rectangular infill is applied. Normal shell settings are utilized. The layer height is set to 0.20mm. Medium speed is the chosen option. Filament specifications: 20 meters of 1.75mm PLA filament is used. Run time for this print is approximately 4.5 hours. Settings for Center Cap TRD: No rafts are used again. No supports are necessary. A 90% rectangular infill is applied to increase strength. Normal shell settings remain the same. The layer height remains at 0.20mm. Low speed is chosen for this print. Filament specifications: Only 0.4 meters of 1.75mm PLA filament is required. Run time for this print is approximately 0.25 hours.
