Models are scaled for Mercy's Reach: Incursus gameplay and compatible for 28mm games (40k, Infinity, etc.) as proxies, or scaled as needed to fit any desired game. An ancient terror wrought by an even more ancient civilization long forgotten after being consumed by the machines they had created. The existential threat to all life the Centauri AI poses lead to one of the longest and bloodiest wars in the galaxy, bringing low many empires throughout the millennia long conflict. Unable to be defeated, the machines were lured coreward into an old super cluster of stars and forced into quarantine. There the machines continued to work, building tirelessly their techno-singularity out of the available resources...but there was one thing the machines could not fabricate; creativity. Dependent on biological minds, the machines began to signal for colonists with open arms and the promise of peace. Emboldened by their new ranks of adapted human physiology, the Centauri are making their way towards the burgeoning empires of man, first however, they must defeat the Void Warriors of Mercy's Reach.
