The cement pours directly into Silo No. 1 through a transport pipe, which shifts gear seamlessly to direct it to Silo No. 2 via an innovative change over gate system. Multiple safety features abound atop each silo, including vital manholes, precise Nivo pilots for real-time level indicators, reliable Silo pilots that maximize levels with utmost efficiency, robust over and under pressure valves, and carefully calibrated sounding pipes plus a state-of-the-art filter fueled by powerful fans. In Silo No. 1, the cement emerges from six strategically positioned outlets before flowing directly into a centralized holding tank. From there, it is seamlessly conveyed through an Air slide to the meticulously designed packing plant.
