Ensure that your RAM speed is at least 2 GB; there are numerous options available, including walk, look around, zoom in and out, zoom box, pan, orbit, examine, fly, turntable, and many more. This file was created between 2004-5, so Navis works might have made a few enhancements to their software by now.
