Clinker is extracted from the silo and delivered directly to Cement Hoppers through the Reliability-Based Control (RBC) system. Additionally, gypsum and pozzolana materials arrive at the hopper building via the unloading hopper and RBC as well. Below each hopper, a feeder is strategically placed to precisely regulate the flow of these raw materials into the cement mill. All hoppers are equipped with load cells that accurately measure weight, in tandem with level indicators that promptly stop the feed flow when storage bins become completely full.
