Excess gas passes through this kiln bypass to reach an electrostatic precipitator, before moving on through a fan, and mass conveyor system and also via various air sluices within large storage bin containing an automated gate at one end of which a fan operates to circulate airflow inwards - leading it ultimately to emerge via chimneys.
