These are a old and outdated design, I have since made a far more accurate and easeir to use molds you can find a link below. But keeping these free for those that still want to use them. A set of molds to make your own Cement weight plates to keep fit!! The 45 cm one is standard size for dead lifting. So dead lift will be at the correct height off the floor. the 45 cm does need to be printed in 8 parts, the others 4. Also included is some spacers to keep some 2 inch (ca. 5 cm) black ABS centered for the inside of the mold.
