Celtic Trinity Tealight Holder

Celtic Trinity Tealight Holder

I fixed the design of the Trinity knot to make it into a tealight holder, putting my own twist on an age-old Celtic symbol. The base was a bit wonky at first, so I took care of that problem and showed you exactly how in the files I uploaded. Plus, I gave the cup at the end of the stem some extra depth by tweaking its dimensions - and this new look is reflected perfectly in the STL file, which has all those updates baked in. Note: Don't worry if it's not built yet - that will change soon when I put my final touch to it. Give me a few days, and I'll show you exactly how this whole thing works together! Instructions: Tracing the knotwork took some work with Inkscape, so I could remove the background completely - next up was exporting it into an SVG file and bringing it into Tinkercad for that 3D twist. With PhotoToMesh 5, I crafted the tealight holder stem as a sturdy solid object - and finally put all the pieces together in Tinkercad. When it comes to printing, 20% infill seems like a sweet spot right now, but of course, I'm not one to shy away from experimentation with parameters. The game is always on!
