I'm captivated by the intricate Celtic knotwork design on this spindle whorl, but I've always been drawn to the functionality of a bottom-whorl spindle myself. To modify it, I imported the file into TinkerCAD and extended the existing hole all the way through, resulting in a whorl that spins exceptionally fine threads - many thanks go out to nicoledobbins for their clever design.
