I recently got the chance to use a Phantom Omni Haptic device, an impressive hardware interface for 3D modeling. With its help, I edited the Celtic Skull file in Geomagics Claytools and used the device to 'pull' horns out of the skull, resulting in a slightly more demonic version of the Thingiverse Celtic Skull.
