I was searching for a design like this, but couldn't find one, so I created it myself and decided to upload it. The standard size is 100mm x 125mm, but it can be scaled up or down as needed. The model in the picture measures 75x100. You should print it in vase mode or spiral mode depending on your slicer's settings. It printed well at a layer height of 0.2 and a speed of 40mm/s, although results may vary with different printers.
