Celtic Knots for openscad
youmagine
My kid was determined to get a Celtic knot bracelet. I turned to this library for my initial attempt, and it served me well. The library comes equipped with a few examples at the top, complete with some sample patterns. You can find the latest version on github at https://github.com/beanz/celtic-knot-scad. Be advised that the API is still in its infancy, so changes are likely to occur frequently. Your input would be greatly valued, as it will help solidify the API sooner rather than later. For my next project, I plan to create a Celtic knot font for the tile alphabet found on http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:16193, which should enable me to "draw" knots on cylinders and spheres with ease.
