To maximize print efficiency and achieve precise angles, I break down this object into separate components. By doing so, I can print each side and top individually in a flat format. The lower section of the cube features indexing tabs, while all panels boast a 45-degree angle, ensuring seamless assembly and crisp 90-degree corners. This design also enables me to assign different colors to each side, opening up creative possibilities for multi-colored designs on the panels. I'm currently printing it at .24 mm/layer resolution since the flat format doesn't require higher detail settings to achieve the desired effect. Once all panels are printed, I'll upload photos for everyone to see.
